[When the feed starts, it's just the audio. Lily's not saying anything into it, and with the pause and some rustling, the PCD was probably bumped in a way to turn on. A few seconds in after the sound of Lily sitting on her bed is heard, there's some humming. It's not a trained voice. It's rough, distracted and has a deeper/warmer tonal range being used, but it does come with range even though it's not being sung. Definitely not the best, not polished, but more from abandoned talent than never having had any.

As it starts to fade around the middle of the song, light smacking can be heard. Then the humming stops completely as Lily is apparently frustrated enough to growl this time around.]

Great... Bloody brilliant. This is exactly what I need.

[The feed switches to video, Lily (with very vibrant, pink-violet eyes) not seeming to give much indication to it recording before. Instead she holds up a needle, as well as a tube and bag meant for intravenous therapy. Why is she holding up an IV kit?]

Hey, anyone actually know how to use these? I've never liked needles, and always had trouble doing it m'self.

Yeah, I think it's safe say that. [A pause. Sokka likes small talk, so he's just going to keep on this path until you get a bit sick of him, Lily.] Have you been here a while?

[Let's see how long that takes! Depending on the kind, she does like attention.]

How long... More than a month, I know that much. Less than two?

[He doesn't mind giving it, the poor socially-starved boy.]

It's usually easier if you go by the events. Have you settled all right? Aside from... [Sokka tosses a meaningless gesture at the screen.] --y'know.

In that case, I came when everyone's minds were flipped. Suppose I settled all right. I've survived worse, at least.

[Ugh, he remembers that event well. Too well. Well enough to lose that smile on his face.] I hear that a lot. Is where your from originally particularly violent?

Well, that'd depend on how 'normal' you are, and your ways of surviving. It's just that I lived in a busy city, and some people end up living homeless. Simple as that.

Yeah, seems the bigger the city, the more likely that is. I come from a pretty small village, so we all take care of each other.

Makes sense to me. I was just on the streets for a little while, anyway. After getting some jobs I was able to find a place again with some people I worked with.

Were you by yourself or did you have someone to support?

Myself. No siblings, no kids. I was never really the 'supportive' type in the first place.

Are you alone here, too?

You mean the only one from my world? Yeah. Not like that's a bad thing, though. It's like a clean break.

[A laugh, though there's little humor to it.] Sounds like it might be all right, yeah. So, what did you do back home, then? What was your job?

Primarily? I was something of a dancer. An exotic one.

Oh, neat! What was exotic about it? [Derp.]

Well, aside from the lack of clothes and adult content, it uses props. Not just the clothes, but it can use poles that are fixed around the area.

[Oh, did she say...]

Well, ah, that's like mixing, uh-- [He clears his throat.] --like mixing athletics and acting, then... You-you must be very talented. [Smooth.]

[Oh god, this is almost as funny as Sora. Except she couldn't help but being a little extra nice to him, and this guy... She definitely doesn't mind teasing him.]

Extremely talented. The gymnastics classes I took when I was younger had really helped. Flexibility and grip are both really important. Customers love it when the dancer is extremely flexible.

Ahaha, I'll bet they do... [Think good thoughts, Sokka, think good, decent thoughts.] Y'know, we've got a little acting troop here, and you could, uh... you could keep the costume and the props in your life if you joined...

You want to put my kind of talents into your acting troop? How scandalous.

There's lots of room for all types of people with all different background in the arts, right? I'm just trying to get people involved and create some sort of... movement in this place.

[He smiles and shrugs.] I mean, there's a lot of kids around here, but I'm not naive enough to think there aren't some adults that might enjoy... whatever you came up with.

[Almost offhandedly; ]

Well, I am good at stirring movement...

[Shrugs, though she's still got that slight teasing tone.]

Willing to branch out into adult entertainment at so young.

[He flushes at the thought and shakes his head.] I wouldn't say I'm willing to branch out so much as... support the possibility.
