Before I showed up in this hell pit, I was moving out of my flat back in London. The mates worked in similar enough circles that it's possible I left the stuff for them.

What, you scared of that woman or something? I thought you liked that type.

Let's just say... I managed to get on Unohana's bad side once. You have no idea how scary she can be when she's angry.

Do I? ... I've never thought about it like that... but I suppose it comes from the fact that the majority of the people here turn out to be more scary than not? And you can rarely tell that at first sight...

Besides, just about anyone can be scary if you manage to push the wrong buttons with them.

There's a difference between a bunch of people turning out to be scary and deciding you'd rather hang around them. Face it, Kida's probably the only one of your friends that doesn't fit that.

I guess, in actuality... I'm just not that scared of people in general, no matter who or what they are.

Mm... Why would anyone think you're scary? I'm more spooked by doctors than people my age who do... whatever. Not really my business what exactly it is you are or do.

And, well... do you remember anything from the time we were stuck in our dreams? I imagine you can tell by now that I'm... not exactly normal.

I mean, if it doesn't bother you, then I'm more than happy about the fact. I guess I'm just... positively surprised how most of the people here seem to be so accepting of something like that.

Speaking of Masaomi earlier... I think he's been freaking out the most in regards to this so far. I suppose that just means I'm scarier than he is, unlike compared to all my other friends.

Sure I remember. I also remember cheesing the dream by hopping around and getting on some horse. Seemed cool enough, and that kind of stuff doesn't get to me. Not as much as people slowly drawing blood out of you, or cutting you up.

Him freaking out isn't so much of a surprise, is it? No matter how scary he can be, Kiki's a pretty big coward when it comes to things he finds out about those around him. He probably wouldn't blink if you were more of a stranger.
